Insurance & Fees

My full fee for individual psychotherapy is $160 for an initial intake session and $150 for each session thereafter.

I am currently in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO, Blue Choice PPO, Aetna, and UnitedHealthcare. Coverage and out-of-pocket costs vary depending on your individual insurance plan, so I encourage you to contact your insurance provider directly to better understand your behavioral health benefits.

If I am not in-network with your insurance provider, I can provide you with a superbill to submit for possible reimbursement through your out-of-network benefits.

Standalone NET Sessions

Standalone Neuro Emotional Technique (NET) sessions are available for individuals who are interested in experiencing NET outside of ongoing psychotherapy.

These sessions are offered on a self-pay basis and are not billed to insurance.
