I offer 50-minute weekly or bi-weekly sessions to clients interested in individual psychotherapy. If you are a new client, I recommend starting on a weekly basis, as it supports in building the therapeutic relationship.
I incorporate yoga based practices, meditation, neuro-emotional technique, and somatic based approaches in my clinical work with clients. I am a warm, empathetic, compassionate and approachable therapist with a passion for holistic health and wellness practices. I work with clients to help them access feelings and emotions, to further and better understand themselves, and to discover existing personal strengths and values.
When beginning with a new therapist, it’s important to get a sense of who you will be working with to ensure it feels like a fit. With this in mind, I offer an initial 30 minute consultation at no charge.
